How the engagement works

Ten private sessions with Chaim. A defined arc, adapted to your priorities.

The engagement gives a recurring difficulty sustained attention. You work directly with Chaim throughout. The ten-session arc provides continuity while leaving room for the issues that matter in your particular life and role.

First, a free twenty-minute diagnostic

Choose one problem. We examine a recent example, take a brief baseline, discuss an initial SEAM interpretation and outline a useful plan. The meeting also gives you a chance to ask about the approach and decide whether a longer engagement is appropriate. Request the diagnostic.

A practical rhythm

Individual sessions take place remotely by Zoom. A typical plan is ten sessions of around 75 minutes across twelve weeks: weekly for the first eight sessions, followed by sessions in weeks ten and twelve. The final spacing leaves time to apply the work between meetings. Timing and supporting arrangements are agreed privately before you begin and can be adapted to your circumstances.

Restabilize · Sessions 1–4

Establish your priorities and starting point. Explore the difficulty as it happens, including the pressures, responses and personal meanings surrounding it. Begin individualized SEAM work and identify what would constitute a useful change.

Realign · Sessions 5–8

Continue the work on the patterns relevant to your goals. Bring actual conversations, decisions and relationships back into the sessions. A midpoint review looks at what has changed, what has not, and whether the working interpretation needs adjusting.

Reintegrate · Sessions 9–10

Review how the work carries into daily life. Consolidate useful practices, compare your experience with the starting point, and establish a continuation plan. The final review can also identify areas that need more time or a different kind of support.

Supporting work between sessions

The proposed scope includes:

  • An intake and agreed personal priorities.
  • A personal working map of the patterns and questions being explored.
  • Baseline, midpoint and final Clarity Index reflections, considered alongside real examples.
  • Concise integration notes and selected practices or reflection tools.
  • A simple way to record decisions, actions and observations.
  • Bounded written check-ins through an agreed channel.
  • A closing review and a practical continuation plan.

The precise tools, contact arrangements and follow-up are set out in your individual proposal.

What progress can look like

Progress can include feeling more at ease at work, concentrating more readily, holding a boundary, delegating without repeatedly taking work back, or approaching an important conversation with greater steadiness. We consider your own experience and what happens in practice. Specific outcomes, deal closures and score increases are not guaranteed. Read how progress is reviewed.

Company engagements

Chaim is also available for in-person company engagements. Participants, objectives and privacy arrangements are scoped separately. Explore company engagements.
