A separately agreed scope
Chaim is available for in-person company work. The format may involve individual executive support or work involving other leaders, according to the brief. Objectives, participants, location, timing, travel and follow-up are discussed before a proposal is prepared. The private ten-session engagement is not automatically a company-wide programme.
Privacy and sponsor expectations
Where the company commissions the work, agree what can be shared with the sponsor before beginning. Private session content and assessment responses should not be assumed to form part of employer reporting. The proposal sets out roles, consent and review arrangements.
